Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the photo applications and websites operated by The Apps Galore ("we", "us"), including Face Magic and other titles that run on our shared photo engine (each, an "App"). By downloading or using an App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who can use the Apps

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use an App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your photos and content

You keep ownership of the photos you provide and the images the App generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your photo solely to create the image you request and to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. We do not sell your photos or prompts. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the photos you upload. You agree not to submit photos of other people without their consent, images of minors in any unsafe context, or content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to harass, deceive, or impersonate.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Apps to create sexually explicit imagery, deepfakes intended to deceive, or content that violates another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or circumvent the security, credit, or rate-limit systems.
• Do not use the Apps for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.

Generated images are produced by automated models and may contain unexpected or inaccurate results. Review any image before you share it. You may report a result you believe is inappropriate from within the App.

4. Credits, ads, and purchases

Each App provides a number of free edits per day. Additional edits use credits, which you can earn by watching rewarded ads or obtain through in-app purchases where available. Credits and purchases are governed by the rules shown in the App and by the terms of the app store you purchased through (Google Play or the Apple App Store). Except where required by law or the applicable store policy, credits and purchases are non-refundable and have no cash value.

5. Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of an App at any time. Free daily capacity, retention windows, and available styles may change. We are not liable for content that expires under the retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Apps Galore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or block a device or account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for abuse. A blocked device will lose access to generation and history.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
